8 Fat Burning Exercises

One of the best ways to lose weight is to do circuit training. For those that do not know, circuit training is high-intensity aerobics and resistance training combined to gives you the quickest way to burn fat. In order to get rid of the unwanted fat you should do these eight moves in order with no resting between each exercise. When you finish the last exercise, rest for three minutes and then do the circuit again. You should go through the circuit at least three times.

Exercise #1

Squat Thrusts- Do 10 of these.

Exercise #2

Deadlift with medicine ball- Do 10 on each leg. You don’t need the Bosu as seen in the video.

Exercise #3

Four-Count Push-Up- Do 10 of these. You can do the modified push-ups if you have to.

Single-Leg Skater Squat- Do 10 of these.

Exercise #5
Scissor Lunge- Do 10 of these, 5 for each side. You do not need a medicine ball for this exercise.

Sprinter Sit-Ups- Do 10 of these.

Tabata Squat- Do for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. Do 8 of these.
