2. Laxative’s main purpose is to help when an individual is suffering from constipation. But there are other natural methods that will help in easing this problem. For one, drinking plenty of water will help loosen the bowel also fresh fruit juices or green tea. Eating foods rich in fiber will also help move the bowel. Laxative can provide fast relief but eating healthy food and drinking plenty of liquid will be more effective for a longer period of time and effectively helps in weight loss.

3. It has been said that when you take in laxative while you are taking other medications will lessen the effect of the medicines. In some cases, it can also totally remove the effect of the medicine.

4. Liquid and body fluids are the ones that you are going to lose when using laxative for weight loss. This means that it does not rid off fat from the body.
